Is there a problem this evening with the app and listing items?

Can’t seem to get past the pricing page.  As soon as I press continue I get the flashing grey block page and nothing happens.  I tried saving to drafts and then finishing but same thing.  Is it just me tonight?  Might have to try again in the morning.

Still the same issue this morning.  Tried to open my drafts and still can’t get beyond the pricing page.  It’s just unable to load the next pages.  Judging by the lack of enquiries it must be only me 😞

Hi jetboomer, thanks for your post.

Just wondering if you tried deleting and reinstalling the app to see if that works for you? If you haven't, could you please try that and let me know if it works? If it doesn't work, please let me know your device model/name, its current software version, the eBay version you've downloaded on your phone, and a screenshot of the error or the not loading pages you're getting, so I can assist you further?

Thanks Marco,

I tried a desktop workaround and it worked.  I picked up my drafted ads and it found that the item location field was not completed.  So I had to do this for each ad and published through the desktop version.  I’m not sure if this was the issue through the IOS App - but I don’t recall an item location field to complete.    I haven’t anymore listings to add yet,  maybe in a couple of days so will try again through the app and see if still persists.  Thanks
