Invoice for buyer to pay extra postage on item

Hi I'm really struggling to find out how to send an invoice. The postage was far more than what was paid buyer is happy to pay extra thanks

You can't send an invoice for extra money.

Only work around i know of is to cancel the order,refund in full and then relist as a buy it now at correct price,

If the transaction has been completed, you can exchange details, including email addresses. So, if the buyer pays the current invoice, you will then be able to ask for their email address, and send a Paypal invoice for the difference.
