I posted a parcel to Saudi Arabia using Evri International it left UK on 5/11 today it is now saying being returned to sender with no information as to why I received the funds so what do I do, it says it may take the parcel 6 weeks to cone back to me!

There have been some erroneous messages sellers are receiving, that is, ' item is being sent back to sender' from Evri.
So, hold tight for now, and just see what happens, some items have actually reached their destination.
Await the return if it happens , or a case for item not received.

Is the item designer with a brand name on it, by any chance?

Basically I was wondering if it is something haram (forbidden to import). If so, it is the Buyer's responsibility to know this, not yours. Examples are branded designer clothing, or representational art/decoration.

Hi All,
Update, so the parcel was returned to me it didn't actually leave the UK!
The buyer still wanted it so I agreed to send again at my cost (requested a refund for postage)
I unpacked the parcel and realised that I used recycled sheep's wool as part of the packing and wondered if it was that! So re packed not using wool.
It is now on its way back to me again....it did reach the international hub! So I'm assuming it is the item!? I have attached a picture could anyone shed any light please?
Thanks in advance

Saudi can be a problem delivering to most couriers do not have there own offices there, when parcels reach saudi they get sent out by delieroo type riders, if theres no contact phone number with the shipment its unlikley the agent will be able to collect any tax on the parcel and addresses are almost meaningless, always double check with buyers and ask for what three words for the delivery point.

Thank you, I wish I hadn't sold there it has been a nightmare, still awaiting a refund from original postage the buyer still wants it even though it has been returned twice I don't think I'm going to risk sending it a third time!
