Hello just a quick question I’ve received loads of insurgent fees from you for listing goods and I’m just curious to know where they came from could you please expand a little more or at least have a look for me to see if this is correct? Many thanks

Did you add any optional chargeable upgrades such as short duration auctions (3 days or less), subtitles, a reserve or did you promote any of your listings?

Looking at your completed items, you sometimes list auction items as 3 day auctions.

This counts as a 'special duration' and every time you list an item as a 3 day auction, you will be charged 35p.
