Im trying to change my account back to personal account from business account - is this possible??

Ive had a business account for 6 years and have built up over 7500 positive feedback. We are no longer a business but will be selling our own items, can I change my account back to personal account ?

Unfortunately it's not possible, you would need to open a new account.

None of these 7500+ feedback were earned by you as an individual; they were earned by the business.

So, obviously, it would be very unfair if you were now able to claim these as your own.

An eBay Business Account cannot be changed back / or changed to an eBay Private Account.

but

Select Items purchased for personal use & list them on a new Private Account/s which will start with Zero Feedback Account but will have the bonus of no Selling fees for a Private Seller.

You certainly have had admirable success selling quality vinyl and CDs etc in the past. 

Occasionally, Business proprietors do call it a day and that’s their choice. It’s encouraging you will continue hopefully as a private seller.

The answer to your question is to open a new private seller account.
Please don’t worry too much about feedback kicking off low. Your proven sales experience plus accumulated sales will enhance your feedback quickly. 

As mentioned on this forum several times, feedback does carry the clout it did in the past.  A seller of example 90% and less feedback will still achieve sales.
