Hi, would anyone happen to know if service metric blips (not defects) are removed from your evaluation if you escalate a case and its found in your favour,
i have always let the cases just time out for the odd transaction where something shows it was delivered, but im wondering if i escalated the cases (knowing i will win the outcome) i would be better off with the metrics.
Or if its just the usual once a case is open its logged and not coming off the tally no matter what,
