I sold some darts to a buyer he said one is dameged,I offerd a full refund with postage if returnd.
He will only send damaged one back and he has threatened me by saying he will get me kicked of ebay.
This has put me off selling on ebay as I can not get any help with this abusive buyer.

Horrid to come up with a rude abusive buyer, thankfully rare, but it does happen.
Send them a polite message , that you have to uphold eBay rules that is, the whole item has to be returned, you the seller pay for the return postage, for the buyer to receive a full refund. This is explained in eBay's 30 day MBG, Money Back Guarantee policy.
Perhaps an agreement can be reached between you and the buyer for a partial refund to be offered and nothing to be sent back? This cannot be enforced and as said, has to be agreed by buyer and seller.

The return rules state everything has to be returned , threatening messages can be reported ebay take that seriously,
Inform the buyer unfortunately for a full refund you will need all of the order/darts returned.
You can get cs to call you get them to look at the messages, so it is logged.
eBay Customer Service this is the link for you
Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.
9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.
I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

I offerd to pay for return postage for the darts but he is so aggressive i have been compleatey put of by lack of help from ebay. He left negative feedback which I did get removed.
But he has it in his head I sent out a broken item, which I did not!
After this i have had it with ebay the service which you pay extra for now is non existent.

I have told him the rules but he chooses to do his own thing.

'I have told him the rules but he chooses to do his own thing'
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If he doesn't open a case and return the whole sale items, you don't have to refund him anything.
He's already left negative feedback and it's been removed. He can't have a second go at feedback, so he's shot that bolt....
His last chance is a 'chargeback' with his payment provider for 'goods not as described'. (which, unfortunately, is almost impossible for a seller to win) ....
Now I'm going to be snobby but: If he' s threatening to 'get you kicked off ebay' (which in your situation is not possible; you're following the rules; he *isn't*) he's probably not bright enough to know about 'chargebacks'....😏

" He left negative feedback which I did get removed."
Unfortunately if the buyer reports the false positive you left them the comment will be removed and that will damage your account more than the neg they left and you got removed.

Go into selling preferences. Tick the "dont allow blocked buyers to contact me". Block him. Deal with him only through the dispute process. Honestly don't let it get to you. I have to do this cuz buyers can be so vile now and very stu.....misinformed
I literally have 5 open returns for jump start kits for cars with buyers going mental as there's no instructions on how to charge them...with the included USB-C cable. If they can't figure that out, the thought of them jump starting a battery terrifies me to my core.

Hi.
I was wondering which galaxy you're posting from.

Yeh and they wont be able to message u apart from through the dispute process. Long as u tick the box with "dont allow blocked buyers to contact me" and add them to blocked list. Some of them have been ridiculous. Well a lot have been ridiculous. Taking me to court over £10 torches. One messaged me 4 months later because the £10 torch had stopped working.....
The worst has been the keyrings so im dumping that item after they're gone. People ordering Thursday night (£3.29) and demanding a refund on sunday cuz it didnt arrive in time. How cheap do people think postage is? Was making barely 50p profit and prob loss making cuz of the refunds. My thinking has always been that it's worth it if they buy more than one, but 99% don't.

Be careful with that as even an open case ebay will hold against you especially if selling relatively few items.
Honestly it might be worth you printing some basic instructions and including it just to save returns. I'm always appreciative of buyers messaging before opening a case but it seems with more 1 off purchases you get far more problems, regular collectable buyers tend to be more reasonable.
I had about 7 in 1 week last year, was all very specific items and all the fault of the post office but very few claims ever for records or tapes etc.

I searched for "Fold 5" thinking it was a galaxy far, far away, but it turns out to be a mobile phone.
Did you happen to notice the "Sent from my Galaxy" tag that appears after your messages?
I don't have one of those fancy phones, but a bit of searching and I think the way to remove that is to go to your phone's Settings, find Email "widget", click on that, then click on "Your Name", then find "Signature" and TURN OFF.

Why would someone even want to return only one of 3 darts? What use is a set of 2 darts?
