I didn’t get my item back but send full refund

I sold something, the buyer was not happy with the item, as a good customer service and being a professional I send them full refund but they still have my item 

how can I get help from ebay to get my item back 

as the buyers block ed me

Unfortunately you cant get your item returned once you issue a refund.

The process is the buyer raises a return then once returned you refund.

The good customer surface is granting the return.

If this was a case for item not as described,  a case for this should have been opened by the buyer, which asks you to pay and send a prepaid return label if you want your item back first.

You only then refund,  After the item is back with you.

If you refunded outside a case,  there is nothing now to enforce the buyer to send your item back to you. 

You can offer to send the return postage costs,  but even if you do, it's happening outside a case and the buyer could not be made to send the item back.

HI OP. you need to update your account to business as eBay have to inform HMRC  regarding your turnover in January...Just a friendly heads up..

The item isn’t fake, even you didn’t return the item back i issued and send you full refund ! This review is unfair and probably and possibly will affect my selling performance ! Not fair you keep my money and my item and leave a bad review. Also ruin my business future
