How to remove click and collect from simple delivery

I am not yet forced to use simple delivery but have put a couple of listings on with that as an experiment. I have just noticed that click and collect has been added to them, even though I am opted out of click and collect in my postage preferences.  

I cannot find any way to remove this from those listings.  Does anyone know how to remove it?

If you have Evri selected, it automatically adds the option for the buyer to choose to have it sent to an Evri drop off shop - at a cheaper price. You can't remove it, unless you deselect Evri.

I have only had one buyer choose that option so far, and it worked OK, though he did take a couple of days to collect it.

That's annoying.  I always avoided click and collect as it adds an extra point of failure to a sale.  But I don't want to deselect Evri so I guess I'll have to live with it.
