How to find the "GB" number needed for Packlink claims.

Sure that I cannot be the only one pulling their hair out over this! In order to make a Packlink claim I need a number generated at the sale that begins with GB. they did used to be in emails sent to me, but at some point I must have changed the settings. Have tried every screen I can think of connected with the sale, and if I go to the help at packlink and put in my email and carrier number, as asked for, is says item not found. had to replace a few items without making claims now, as it is taking up too much time. We do sell large volumes of items, so dont want to do this too much! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had a look at my last Packlink email and it has a QR code, below it there is a print label box. It takes me to the eBay page where I can open the label again.

Now maybe if your postage settings only have the QR code ticked you might not be able to open a label but I’m guessing, hopefully that’s not the case on yours.

You could also try:

support-ebay.packlink.com.

I’m having trouble signing in atm so can’t look around but I remember there is a page with all previous orders available to click on.

It will be on your invoice. You can find it by the postcode and date.

Although the easiest way, as @technthread has said, is to go in to the order, scroll down 3 dots and choose 'get another label'. This will show the original label and at the bottom right will be the GB number.
