Over the last couple of days the current bid detail on auctions is now showing in black instead of green. Now not so easy now to see what items have been bid on without having to go through them all.
Is anyone else having this problem? I cant see anywhere where I can change the colour back.

Hello teazle18
This has just happened to me. Anybody else? Another 'change' by Ebay to make life more difficult?

Font colours are defined in the code by eBay and as such cannot be changed by users.
If the current bid details are now showing in black rather than green it means that the code has been altered. It may have been a test which was unintentionally released, it may have been a trainee practicing or it may have been someone in the tech department hammering on the keyboard without taking their mittens off. No-one knows because no announcement are ever made.
Depending on numerous factors it may change back in future. In the meantime I'm sorry to say you're stuck with it and there's nothing you can do.

In My eBay: Active screen, click on the button 'Bids Received (#)'. You can then view just the relevant items.

Still showing green for me (using Firefox on Linux).
Actually there is something you can do. You can study the html source of the page, either directly or by using the inspector in your browser, determine which part of the CSS is setting that colour, then write a GreaseMonkey script to override that element.
And if you complete all that successfully you'll now be far more qualified than any of ebay's so called web developers and you can apply for a job in the team. Of course, you'll be rejected as "Not a good fit". But you could go and get a job with a different company and earn far more than selling things on ebay.
If you don't fancy any of that you could follow the usual mantra "clear all cookies and cache, try a different browser, try a different pc..." which wouldn't actually make any difference, but by the time you've done it the A/B testing that landed you with that duff code will have moved on to spoil someone else's life and you'll be back to normal.
If only ebay did their own testing, instead of throwing stuff at users.

Hello johnwash1
Thanks for your reply - if nothing else it brought a smile to my face.
Just to let everyone know that everything is now back to normal - green font showing selling price. They obviously pressed the correct button.

Yes, we have to remain cheerful. Perhaps the correct button, or the A/B testing of something was finished.
Still, we must count ourselves lucky to have any auction prices at all in green, in view of the recent dire sales figures many are complaining about.

My line of "Results - Total - Auctions with Bids - Qty" is now in much smaller print, and all in black as well. What on earth was wrong with how it was??
I sometimes think those that do these changes do not sell on Ebay.

Hadn't noticed that, so it is. I was much more focussed on another aspect of the same page.
See my post https://community.ebay.co.uk/t5/Seller-Central/Sending-offers-more-tinkering/td-p/7712302
There was nothing wrong with how it was. It's just a work experience intern exploring the effects of little changes to html markup. Though why such interns would be allowed access to production systems is utterly bewildering.
Maybe someone can report these regressions? dave@ebay marco@ebay

Yes. So annoying!

I lost the colours when using Chrome, but still have them when using Vivaldi. Very odd! Like payments, it seems to be browser specific.

Same for me using Chrome on the desktop, was ok with bids showing in green but I had to clear the cache yesterday and now they're in black, so not very user friendly.

Comes and goes. I got the colours back a week or so after my above post, but lost them again a couple of days ago.
