I am completely lost. I have a buyer, who has won two items. I used the simple post system and Evri. The buyer says they will not pay, unless I change it to Royal Mail as Evri always loses their items.
I have googled and fiddled around and can't see a way to do it. Not even showing up as two items together. For the one item, in the seller hub, I put Royal Mail as second option for buyer to chose. But, it immediately as total showed Evri. The first item, it won't let me change.
How do I do this? Thanking you in advance.

If they don't/can't pay you can issue a non-payment cancellation after 4 complete days. And put their ID on your blocked bidder list:

It's best to cancel/refund, opt out of Evri here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/prf
then relist the two items on one listing for the buyer to buy again using RM.

I suspected it might be that. I am about ready to leave selling again for another year or so. Was determined to clear everything. Got weary early. Just 2 more things to add on and thought put everything for sale away, rather than put on . It was fate that it got complicated. If I just leave as unpaid, can I get bad feedback? I bet if I do that, she won't bid.

If I do what you say, won't that affect other listings which I want to stay Evri?

Yes, I think you can only choose either RM or Evri, or both, but you can't have some listings with RM, and some with Evri.
This is a bit annoying for those who would like to 'mix & match'.
Yet another problem we never had with Custom Postage...

You won’t get negative feedback - she’ll get a strike for non payment if/when you report it. She would have had the option at checkout to pay more to avoid Evri.
