The only thing you can do is to follow the instructions on the email we normally send, and that will be the way to remove the restriction. I've just checked for you, and we definitely emailed you on the 25th of April, try checking for emails from us on that date, and you should be able to see it there. Once you find it, simply follow the instructions to appeal your restriction.
