If you broke an item while packing it and refunded your buyer, you won't have a £330 payment.

You had £330 funds
You sold another item for *£xxx
You broke this item and refunded *£xxx
Now ALL your funds are gone including the £330 you had before
Is that what happened?

Was the broken item sold for £330 or more?
Had you received the money for the broken item? It sounds as if they took the refund for that out of your ebay wallet because that sale had not been paid out yet.
Ebay don’t use pending funds to pay refunds (if they did it would mean that you would just never see that money), they take it from your wallet or bank account - so I think the money for the broken thing should eventually be paid out to you as normal (except you’ve refunded it in the meantime so you were down by that money for a few days).
If its not that and more money than you’d expect has gone from your account I can only suggest that you request a callback with CS.

On Jan 07, 2024, eBay automatically sent your current balance to your bank account as part of their regular process. Maybe this happened - check your bank account.

On " pending funds" it states that it can be used to issue refunds and/or purchase postal labels... so I am a little confused - Are you referring to the current terms and when the new terms of " funds held" come into play the balance would be used?
Hope I am making myself clear here.

Just saying what happened to me in a similar situation. That was a couple of years ago though. No ebay wallet so they took it from my bank account.
I meant they don’t use ‘Pending funds’ as in funds that have, under the new (ish) rules, not been paid into your ebay balance yet.

A quick look at the OP's sold items will give you a few ideas why his payments are being withheld.
New account; high value items; multiples of the same item, etc.

You have zero feedback for any items sold - when was your sale(s)?
If you are brand new to selling eBay hold funds for up to 30 days I think...
Have you contacted customer service to ask...
You can request a call back...
