HMRC tax

So basically if you buy an item from a shop, pay tax and vat on it, use it, wear it or not, have had some things for years even, the Hmrc say you must pay tax again because they’re not going to know that are they. Sounds fishy and disgraceful to me.

Or perhaps the government signed up to an international agreement aimed at getting people to pay the correct amount of tax?
