I’m being asked for my national insurance number as I’ve sold over 30 items. I live in Guernsey and have a Guernsey insurance number, which is saying invalid. A Gsy insurance number is GY and 6 numbers. I was on the the phone to eBay yesterday for an hour trying to explain this and they ended up saying it must have a letter after the 6 numbers and that I’m wrong. My funds are on hold because of this. I’ve also given them a clear image of my passport. Can anyone help please? Thank you.
