Just a very quick one,
Had a letter from Royal Mail regarding a claim I had opened (non ebay related), package went missing somewhere in the system
package was sent to my parents and had a small birthday present inside (RM 24hr tracked)
Response was to return the cost of postage and item as I had provided all the required details and receipts etc.
But what made me laugh is the paragraph in which they state
"I am sorry you have had a problem with your item addressed.............................. and sent via Tracked 24."
"Sadly due to the number of items we carry, I cannot trace individual items that were not sent via a trackable service"

I can tell you that where I work (a large UK financial services company), humans in customer services are perfectly capable of making their own mistakes in letters sent out to customers, no help from AI needed...
What Royal Mail probably meant to say at the end of the letter was that if the item isn't sent Special Delivery they don't make any attempt to actually investigate or trace the item.

Honestly, I just think its a standard boiler plate letter but it made me chuckle, which, on a Friday is a good thing
