Goods sent to ebay hub, but refused, still not returned

We sent an item of electronics on 16th October to the ebay seller hub (No battery) and it was refused, and returned by Royal Mail, who said it would be with us by 31st October. Still no package, end client anxious as it was needed for a project. How do I get this electronic controller back, who do I speak to?

well there is only 2 places, eBay as it was sent to eBays seller hub? get transferred to a manager, ideally in Ireland, they need to return it back to you as its in their hands, I would say they will send it back, if its in mid transit then call the courier company that was used with the tracking number, thats what I would do.
