Evri, wrong parcel, delivered

I bought an item of a seller, she sent it by Evri on the 29th and was meant to be here on the 31st as I and my wife was working I thought it best to send to parcel shop, for four days I had Evri notification my parcel would be delivered and nothing, once I finally did get the parcel and opened it wasn't what I bought I have ended up with a box of aftershave, I have spoke to the seller and she has showed picture of the item being packaged and the label on. I am out the item and money the seller is out the item and money and Evri won't answer email or phone calls

select "Doesn't match description" and if necessary escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.

If the box looks like it was tampered with put that on the return case.   If the seller used ebay's simple delivery ebay may issue the refund themselves.
