Good morning all,
I have posted 2 items with simple delivery on the 19th October, they went into the system and at sorting ready to send out.
Evri had issues I am aware and now my parcels have no been delivered or updated from rhe 23rd saying seller requested the items to return, which is false as I am the seller not buyer and did not request this.
I have cascaded this to chat bot, and phone which you can only record a message and I cannot speak to a human about this.
First and foremost what can I do to get in contact with a human within Evri?
I have had no call backs but requested all the last 2 weeks.
Both items are needed this month by their respective buyers and it annoys me you cannot get a straight answer from them.
Any help is appreciated 👏

Others have received this erroneous message that ' seller requested item back'. It was brought up at last week's weekly chat with Community Managers, and here is their answer.....
There is a technical issue that has affected Simple Delivery Evri Ship-to-Store labels. eBay have sent communication to to all sellers impacted to advise of this so if you have received an email it would be because you recently generated one of these labels.
eBay are asking if parcels have not yet been dropped off then not to do so and eBay is currently working to resolve so will provide an update as soon as possible. Items that have already been sent will most likely come back to the seller.
Please also note that performance will not be affected by any delays caused by this issue.

EX-Evri courier here.
They're in the process of cutting costs everywhere and the service is already on its knees this week from what my courier friends are currently saying. I don't see the simple delivery section but i'm wondering is it just Evri and RM? I jumped over to yodel and curious if yodel is in there? and if not why not?
Anyway, i know my local evri depot is so behind already they have cages of packets outside from monday still..
