I delivered a parcel and Evri says it has been delivered but I received a text message from this random number and the link is this.
Whenever I click the link it says it is deceptive. The buyer has said to me that he is in dispute with Evri and that they delivered the package to the wrong address he sent me the same address and said to update it on the link but it says I have to pay £0.23p is it a scam or is the link real? The customer hasn’t opened a dispute with ebay just messaged me through the platform.

Don't engage with anyone outside of the eBay platform.
If a buyer has an issue, they can open an eBay item not received claim.
Just ignore.

That is a scam link. DO NOT click on it and DO NOT under any circumstances give them any money, or any details whatsoever.

Agreed. My internet security has blocked the page with a BIG red warning.
In fact it would be great if anyone can remove the link from the OPs post.

I have had a rash of Evri phishing emails in the last few day - just forward them to Evri -" phishing @Evri.com "
