Editing Royal Mail tracked 48 number

Hi can anyone help please, I've just posted two Royal Mail tracked 48 parcels and entered the numbers in my receipt the wrong way round on the EBay item despatched details.

is there a way of editing these so the numbers refer to the correct parcels?
I can't see how.

If you go into Orders and select all orders you should be able to locate the two orders and next to the tracking number it should say Edit. Click on this and it will take you to a pop up box to change the tracking number. You might have to change the first one temporarily to something totally different, as if you try to change the first item tracking number to the same as the second item tracking number I don't think it will let you save it. Then you go and edit the second item tracking number number to the correct number and save this. You can then go back to the first item and enter the correct tracking number.

No worries, I've figured it out eventually that I had to mark item as not despatched so the numbers disappeared and I could start again.

I hadn't seen your second post until I posted my reply, as I was busy posting a response to your first post in the meantime, hence the reason why I've edited this post.  Glad to hear that you've got it sorted now.

Thanks for replying eventually I figured out you can mark as not despatched, so the tracking numbers disappeared and I could start again 😎.
Simple but not easy to figure out, as editing just the numbers isn’t apparently available as an option 😬
