WHAT IS THE POINT OF EBAYS TRACKING STATING 'Running behind, original estimate was.....'
This message is of no use whatsoever, I don't need to know the delivery is "Running behind" I need to know when it has been delivered or at least a new delivery date!
Since eBay's Simple Delivery I've had several more of these lately none of which are ever updated, one item dispatched 11th August is still there, over a month later & I'm still non-the-wiser ! If the buyer doesn't leave feedback I have absolutely no idea if the item has been delivered or not.
When is this ridiculous debacle going to be resolved?
