Ebay Buyer was not in to accept a parcel. How do I resolve this?

Help Please.

I posted an item via Royal Mail Tracking Signed For 2-3 weeks ago now.

I can see there were delivery attempts and the buyer was not in.

It is now sat at a sorting office awaiting collection.

If the buyer was to claim they never received the item, where do I stand on this as the seller? I even offered to re-arrange the delivery on their behalf but received no reply.

Thanks in Advance

Paul

If a tracked parcel has confirmed *attempted* deliveries, you should be covered in the event of a 'non-delivery' claim 😊

Thanks. The tracking has confirmed numerous delivery attempts so if that is the case I'm covered.

Yes, but I wouldn't trust eBay to do the right thing, or follow their own rules! I speak from experience.

If the buyer does raise an INR, make sure that you enter the tracking number on the INR if it isn't already there - which sometimes it isn't.

If the buyer doesn't pick up, then add them to your BBL.  On second thoughts, just add them to your BLL for being a pain in the backside.
