Has anyone else noticed handling delays by EVRI in the last month after an item is dispatched, but before it reaches the local courier?

Yes, I've got a package that I'm waiting for that should've arrived by Wednesday 10th showing as delayed. Second one I've had like this. One was showing to be at various different depots counties apart for 3 weeks!

I may be wrong but some stuff that I have bought recently has been market as despatched one or two days before it has been dropped off. One item which was sent using Evri's next day service took three days because of this.

Yes, but then the item I was waiting for was lost, Evri stated that they would look for the missing package, no joy. Their response to my complaint was to get the seller, who by the way did everything correctly, to open a claim. Evri having admitted the package was lost just passed the buck.
