EBay selling books written by convicted Paedophile

I’m wondering why EBay allows the sale of any books Written by convicted Paedophile on the subjects of Karate or self defence.  Asking members to keep EBay safe by reporting concerns.  How can EBay allow sex offenders to use the website for their profit after performing sick acts against children!  Other brands couldn’t care less nor Waterstones about making money off this criminal so how about EBay ?

eBay is just a selling platform, sellers are responsible for their listings.

Unpalatable though it may be, I don't believe that there are any laws preventing a convicted person from writing and/or selling a book, so there isn't a reporting route for this.
