EBay say item dispatched when it isn’t 🤔🤔🤔🤔

I’ve sold two items recently using this new Simple Delivery (Not a Fan). On both occcassions I requested and received QR Code. Before I had items packaged EBay were showing as dispatched which was completely incorrect. I did ring after 1st experience but wasn’t lot wiser after call. Ignored 2nd occasion. I have to say in fairness all went very smoothly with both transactions. Just wondering why they would say dispatched when not and has anyone else noted this. It starts my 2 day dispatch time earlier than it should do🤔🤔🤔

As soon as you download the label or QR code, the item is shown as despatched and the tracking is added to the sale.

Easy fix ... don't request the label or code until the day you plan to send.
