EBay’s new Postage - thanks for nothing.

So, just listed & sold an item under eBay’s new mandatory “simple postage” process, I did set Evri as my only courier due to the length of the item, however when the item sold it defaulted to Royal Mail as the courier because apparently they only deliver to this part of the uk which is rubbish. I am now having to post & pay myself using Evri & hopefully claiming the postage back. God knows if I’ll get paid for what I sold. Thanks eBay for ruining a process which worked for genuine sellers. I cannot see me using eBay again for selling items.

If the buyer paid for the postage, they will automatically receive a refund for the unused Simple Delivery label, after 30 days.

If you paid for the postage by offering free postage, you can apply for a refund within 14 days of the item sale.
