EBay feedback

EBay claim to be on sellers side I sold item and buyer received on 20sept they then messaged on the 23 oct 33 days after receiving item arrived damaged eBay's policy is 30 days so didn't qualify for return I didn't respond then 10 days later left negative feedback as I wouldn't compromise (refund for item) asked eBay to remove feedback which 2 agents said would be removed had to first go through process which was denied then spoke to agent whom said it would be removed 24/48 hrs manually contacted eBay again today which have said they are not removing feedback so it goes to show eBay once again are on side of buyer's..

also understand I am registered as a business which pays monthly fee plus % of sale fee not a private seller with ZERO FEES .

I can't see whats wrong with the feedback, you said youself that you "didn't respond" to their message. okay it was 33 days after receipt of the item, just 3 days, you could have replied just to tell them they are out of time, you didn't try to work  out a compromise. That is why ebay is not removing it, I think I would leave a feedback like that if the seller acted like that.
