Did you mean:

EBay changing my postage.l

So quite an experienced seller of picture postcards, taken from my boxes.

i have recently noticed..my postal policy..chosen by me and I guess, approved by eBay is being over ridden on some of my sales.

All are generally low value.

I am listing postage at  say £1 (within UK) and that is shown in ‘My EBay’. ..however when searching for fun, my items, the dreaded postage SD of £2.72 is being shown to prospective buyers?  Any one know why? It surely is putting people off? £3.99 card within UK costing £2.72 to post!

off course we already,  are charging a buyers protection fee!!!

Help !

My relative was having the same problem on her Private Account and asked me to look through her listings.

I noticed that the listings effected by the higher SD postage was showing the measurements of the envelopes were slightly thicker than allowed for letter/large letter under 100g.

She edited the listings, changed the sizes of the envelopes and noticed the Custom postage was back. Her listings were showing the correct postage.
