EBAY NOT PAYING ME FOR MY SALES

I get very few sales on Ebay now which is bad enough but ....I made 1 sale, I should have been paid for that on the 15 November. I made a second sale today 24th November.

What Ebay have done is take the post cost for the second sale from the money I should have got from the 1st sale.

And the money from the second sale without the postage being deducted is pending.

How can they say the money from the sale is available on the 15th November but nearly 10 days later I still have no money ?.

The 1st sale was sent tracked using the label sent to me by Ebay . Order was marked as being delivered to the parcel shop and then as collected. Buyer has not reported any problems so why have I not been paid ?.

I expect I am not alone in this so can anyone tell me what exactly is going on ?. Are private sellers now being forced to spend any money generated from sales with Ebay again ?. 

If that is the case then it is pointless selling on Ebay now as I don't always want to buy on Ebay.

Yes have tried contacting Ebay and basically it "We will pay you when we want to pay you and not before ".

I'm not sure about your sales history to know when you should get paid. However, i asked a question on the weekly chat about postage now being taken from sales funds rather than Paypal or Bank account. I was told that postage should still come out of PayPal for RM. Of course it was a different story when I rang CS, they no longer work with PayPal and postage will always come of funds first. Of course that is not backed up by the help pages.   marco@ebay
