Delays in getting payments from E-Bay

I used to get my funds within a couple of days now its a couple of weeks if i am lucky!! E-Bay does not provide for general feedback (not that it would do any good as they do not seem to listen to any of its customers). Also this buyer protection fee is a con and is putting many customers off buying from E-Bay. I wish they would listen to feedback from its members as clearly i am not the only one disgusted with the level of service provided by E-Bay to its sellers.

This is the new system now of payments from sales.

That is, under Simple delivery if you have tracking to show delivery, your payout is sent to your eB ay Balance in 2 days.

No tracking ?  Then, the payout is held for 14 days minimum.

It can initially be held longer,  if you are a new or a returning seller after having a break from selling.

Thank you for your reply. I don't want to use Simple delivery as it can work out more expensive on postage for my customers. I have confirmation that items have been delivered and positive feedback from the buyers so i don't see why i should not recieve my funds in a good timely manner from you. I have been a customer of yours for 5+ years and have achieved an above average satisfaction rating. As I have previously mentioned not all the changes you have made, ie simple delivery and the buy it protection fee are good for your customers as i know from feedback and other customers of yours they are also very unhappy. Your old system worked very well and it is a shame your company does not listen or act on feedback given.

Once again i thank you for responding but to be honest you have not told me anything i did not know and i want to register my deep dissatisfaction with how E-Bay has changed, very much for the worse.

My payments have been coming within two days after the delivery status updates. No issues for me really.

I don't use simple delivery, just make sure the code from the Royal Mail label is entered as a tracking number. Once the tracking shows delivered the eBay app gives a notification that payment will come in two days. This is for second class small parcel and large letter.

Make sure you are adding the tracking numbers to the listing, or buying postage via eBay so it is automatically added (note this is still not simple delivery).
