We see you didn't manage to finish your question, but wherever your buyer is asking you to send the item, you must Only send to the name and address eBay provide and that is the one the buyer has selected for their delivery address on their eBay account.
Post to no other.
If they have paid and asking to sed to a different address, cancel the order. Click on the item in your sold listing, top left click on View order details, from More Actions on the right select Cancel this Order selecting the reason .... Problem with Buyer's Address.
Block the buyer from returning to your sales, too.

If it's Po, of teletubbies fame, I should point out that they don't have fingers, so a gold ring would not be an appropriate gift.

I assume the question is regarding sending a gold ring to a po box.
I personally would not.

As your gold rings are in Global Shipping you must send to the UK Global hub and no other address.
