You've made two sales this month that received Positive Feedback, so you are doing what you can to improve the situation. May I make a suggestion? If I were you I would request eBay to remove the Negative Feedback for the John Lewis belt sale. In my opinion it goes against this part of the Feedback Policy:
- Personal attacks that could harm the reputation of the seller or their business and could not reasonably be viewed as constructive criticism
This would probably be enough to stop the automatic seller performance emails too.
Or you could just ignore it all and enjoy your holiday!
