I'm looking at one of my listings, which has an eBay message at the top saying that Simple Delivery will override my custom delivery rates (I use Postage Tables/Rates), my choices are ghosted out and the only choice I'm allowed to make is whether I want to allow Evri and Royal Mail. I have selected Royal Mail only and eBay quote the price the buyer will pay.
However, when I log in under another account and, as a buyer, go to checkout to buy this specific item, my custom postage rates (with an option to select 24hr or 48hr delivery) are still appearing, with no mention of Simple Delivery (or the SD amount that eBay quote on my selling account's view of the listing).
So I have no idea what's happening now!
I don't know how many of my other sales listings are affected without going into every listing to look 😞 The few I have looked at are still set up with my custom postage rates/tables as they should (imo!) be, with sign of SD.
It looks like the only way I'll know is when someone buys something and I can see how much Delivery the buyer has been charged?
Any one having the same issues/inconsistencies, please
