Collected from Post Office not counting as delivery confirmation?

Hi,

I'm trying to get funds due today released as still pending, I got though to payments who said as it's been collected theres no delivery confirmation and a manual release is needed taking another 48hrs! 

This is crazy, it was sent by special delivery and collected from post office on Monday. Tracking says collected at 17:08 Monday and is uploaded to site the day it was sent as advised by ebay CS for sending items over £750. CS can see its been collected but as not a delivery confirmation wont release funds..

Soo, 3rd time was the charm and got an advisor that was knowledgeable, it seems that the buyer had not left feedback yet which was what was holding it up. CS confirmed tracking and collection from PO then released funds which appeared straight away which I have transfered and was immediate also. 

Wish the pending had a note that it was awaiting feedback as could have dropped buyer a line earlier rather than a whole morning with CS.
