Click and Drop unable to book collection - is it nationwide of just me?

I've been trying to book a collection with Royal Mail for tomorrow all morning but the option is greyed out.

I did manage to book a collection with Royal Mail through the Ebay/Simple Delivery system for one item around 7am, but it's impossible now through the Royal Mail site directly.

 know there's issues today with the tracking system on Royal Mail but can't find anything about collections, so just wondering if it's nationwide?

I have been trying to buy RM labels via Ebay most of the morning and it's coming up an error.

Hopefully be resolved soon.

I completely understand that the click and drop website will crash occasionally, but it's the lack of updates or acknowledgement of an issue that frustrates me!
