yet again the perennial click & collect question

looking back through the old threads, it seems to be asked every few weeks

can anyone advise me, please, how to add C&C to my listing?

If you have Seller Hub :

Shortcuts > Site Preferences>Postage Preferences > Edit C&C to 'enrol'

I would think you could also get there without Seller Hub if you go to Site Preferences.

thanks for the prompt response, I should have had the foresight to attach a screenshot

my Payment Preferences page shows Click & Collect as 'Enrolled', but evidently another setting is over-riding this. Can anybody think what this setting is?

Hi chtrading123, thanks for your post.

I was checking for you there, and the option to add Click & Collect seems to be there for you, and it seems to be working as well. Also, it looks like Click & Collect is currently available for the item you have listed for sale (Please see screenshot below). So, all good there.

yes I discovered the solution for myself and amended my listing accordingly

I should have been quicker to say so, in this thread, to save you a bit of typing

it is my impression, you will correct me, that if a seller opts for Simple Delivery then he cannot offer C&C

it has to be Custom postage

if that is right then is this requirement explicit anywhere in the documentation? I doubt it

finally solved

some categories don't allow click & collect, and my choice of category was unfortunate

the documentation could be more explicit, on this point, is my feeling
