Hi, I have just sold an item on buy it now for collection and the buyer has just said his car is broken and he can't collect the item and wants a refund. Is there I way I can refund the guy and relist without having to pay fees?
Also, i've recently got back into using ebay to clear a few things out. I've sold 4 items and 3 of them have been to buyers that just flake out and vanish. Is this normal?

Cancel the item as buyer requested this will refund the buyer and credit your final selling fees.

For information :-
Bidders are allowed 4 complete days to make payment before you can recover your selling fees by opening Unpaid case/s for a Non payment defect on their account/s ... You can then relist and neither party can leave damaging Feedback ... any FB left can be removed on request >
