I had an SD item rejected at my local PO (as did many other sellers). I re-sent the item by normal service and submitted a claim for the lost SD postage. However when I tried to update the order with the new tracking number there was no option to Edit Tracking. I am now concerned that I might not get paid for the item as I am unable to prove delivery. Advise please.

You are supposed to be able to change tracking by generating the SD label first. You've done that so not sure what the problem is but the payment will be released anyway after 14 days.

another member said they can do it on this page, after generating the Simple Delivery label
