Maybe it's a new eBay feature which only affects business accounts which are incorrectly registered as Private sellers?
I was all ready to have a look into this and try and find an answer for you but then discovered that you are quite clearly a business trading on a Private account.
Maybe someone else is happy to help you rip off eBay for fees and customers for their legal rights, but I'm not. I'm out.
