Hi I am new to this so don't shot me down if I am a bit wrong. I have started selling since June Last year and can get round simple delivery as I sell overseas as well as UK (video games mostly) I don't own a printer or smart phone and strictly speaking I don't know what a QR code actually is. I don't know how long this loop hole will last, simple delivery seems to be anything but!
However I did buy something from a seller who did use simple delivery, but sent the wrong item so agreed a return and a refund. eBay is now wanting me to print a free return label, I can't OR use a QR code I can't in order to move along the refund process. I have posted the item back Royal mail tracked 48 but have no way to provide eBay with proof of postage or tracking. The seller has had the item back since 12/5/25 but has yet to process the refund despite my request. Any help would be appreciated simple delivery is causing me many problems.
