Can’t change selling price from recommended system price

On every new listing I make, I enter my own BIN price or auction starting price, but when I preview or list the item it reverts to the price suggested by eBay. Is this happening to anyone else? It must be glitch, it’s frustrating especially as I nearly didn’t notice.

I had the same problem and found that I could only make the changes you mention in the phone App and not in the browser version of ebay.  Its worth checking that other changes you made in browser are still there.  Hope that works for you.
