Can a company who think Manchester is in the Midlands be trusted with ANYTHING to do with delivery?

I live in the Midlands. I wasn't aware Manchester was in the Midlands.
Is this a restructuring of the UK to tie in with Simple Delivery?  Given that the choice of label depends partly on where the seller and buyer are based, I'm now a little bit more worried than I already was!

Could be confusing for the little eBay bots when confronted with Manchester ,  as there is a Manchester in New Hampshire, USA.

Also, a Liverpool is a little village found in New York!
