COMBINED CARRIAGE STILL NOT WORKING?

I can hardly believe tha this is a long standing problem that eBay have not resolved.  I came across it to-day & can see from other posts this has been a problem for WEEKS.   It seems utterly ludicrous that eBay has not fixed the issue.   Telling me to make a buyer pay full carriage costs & just believe I'll refund the overpayment?  What sort of business do eBay think they're running?  And why in gods' name does the page not disclose the long-standing fault when accessed?  I told my buyer confidently it would soon be fixed & it seems eBay haven't bothered.  This is ridiculous.

Going from recent posts it looks like it won't be fixed.

There's at least 1 post from eBay saying the coders have decided it's not compatible with the new system so switched it off.

Another CS post I remember seeing said it had been 'disabled', possibly on purpose and was never a system error and if so every person who rang CS were lied to when told it was an error and would be fixed in x days.

Sorry whats this? combined postage? cuz its working my end tho i had to select it manually again in postage preferences.

App/browser wise

& if you've already used it do you know how the BPF fees came out?

As in how many 75p charges were there.

Also worth noting i think this IS broken for me as well. Works only on the same item multiples.
