Hi All,
I created a listing with the Global Shipping option turned on. A buyer sent me an offer which I accepted. He has been a bit slow with payment but has just messaged me saying his payment is not being accepted as I don't ship to his location? (him Switzerland, me GB)
What can I do?
Thanks
P.S. I've just spotted this setting in my Buyer Management Settings which I've just turned off
"Block buyers whose primary postage address is in a location to which I don’t post "
I've never had any issue with sending via the Global Shipping thing before though...?

There is currently an issue with some international buyers not being able to pay after purchase.
Try this, deselect GSP and also Evri, then just use Royal Mail for international items showing this issue.
For this current buyer , see if placing them on your Buyer Exemption list helps, here:

Thanks for your reply @tressygirl
Placing the buyer on the exemption list has not worked.
I can't deselect the GSP etc as the item has now ended.
What are my options?
Cancel the sale? That's not very fair on the buyer...

You'll have to cancel/refund with buyer's agreement and relist with direct postage to Europe on your listing for the buyer to buy and pay again. Or, if you don't want to use direct postage just cancel, relist and leave it at that.

Ok so are we saying we cannot use the GSP option at all anymore?

The GSP system is broken at the moment, a tech issue resulting in not being able to fulfill obligations to all countries, so far we are hearing Switzerland, Germany are impacted , but members from other countries too, are finding it impossible to buy, or then to pay.
As with all these tech issues we are just told...... ' eBay are aware and working on the issue! ' 🙄

No, it's a temporary glitch but we don't know when it will be fixed.
