Hello.
I sent an item to a buyer with RM Tracked 48 and it was delivered on 4 April, to what appears to be a supermarket collection point.
The buyer is stating he hasn't received the collection code from eBay and the supermarket won't release the item to him without the code. I've told him to check his purchase history for the details, but I'm not entirely sure if the code will be there or not.
He is asking me to contact eBay to find the code.
Any idea how I do this at all?

Message your buyer that if the code is not showing on their delivery order details, then they need to contact eBay Customer Services for the code.
Provide this link for them to contact CS, then there' a Live Chat or Call Back option to select:

On weekdays lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.
On weekends they open between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m
Also, politely remind them, the store will only hold their item for a maximum of 7 days from the time they were informed the item is in store.

Ask the buyer to check their email address linked to eBay
