Buyer refunded without returning the goods

Hello i was in hospital and 2 items request wanted to come back to me but i didnt responed ebay ruled in there favour without sending item back and i am now in debt on my account and been chased by a debt collector i told ebay that its theft by them and i will take them to court if they do not sort it out. 

what can i do i have trued to reach out to the buyers no luck

I am sorry but there is nothing you can do.  ebay will issue refunds without return if sellers do not respond to open cases.

Debt collector? how long have you left this.

Ebay should have charged back to your funding source if you had no funds in your ebay account, that is almost always your bank or credit card.

If it's got to the stage where eBay has passed the debt on to a debt collector, you should consider paying the bill. If you don't, it will simply get bigger as time goes by, there's nothing to be gained by ignoring it.
