Buyer Protection Fees - any seller referencing this in their current listings?

I've seen one listing where this was broken down & mentioned - the 4% +75p, but wondered what sellers thought of this.

Also how is it displayed to bidders/buyers? If I list something for £10 (auction), when someone bids will it show the calculations as to what they will actually pay?

Sorry if this has already been mentioned somewhere but I haven't come across it so far.

Auctions will show the minimum they would pay which would be the start price + 4% @ 75p @ postage because nobody would know what the end price would be
