Hi all! How do I get my money back on unused postage labels and also make a claim? I buy postage through ebay. Thanks in advance

Request to cancel the label.

If you go in to the order and use the drop down to 'get another label'. At the bottom of the screen it should have an option to cancel this label.

What claim do you need to make? Is it a lost/damaged parcel?

Did you use Packlink through Ebay for the postage label?

It doesn't seem to want to recognise my tracking number and when i enter the tracking number and my email address it doesn't recognise that either.

E mail address needs to be the one on your account which you use to pay postage. Make sure you have no spaces before entering it so it is the furthest left it can be in the box.

Tracking number should begin with H0 (if you are sending with Evri), not the GB one. Also make sure it is as far left in the box it can be. Best to copy and paste this from the tracking so you don't confuse the zero's and letter O's.
